Darth Sidious

UNLIMITED POWERRRR! I’m a huge Star Wars fan, and I’ve always been a fan of Darth Sidious, Emperor Palpatine. He’s a character I wanted to draw for a while. Trying to capture his evil essence in my interpretation. I knew that his skin would bring a lot of fun mark-making to the table. And it did! I went at it with his withered, wrinkly skin. The subtle glow of his yellow eyes sold his sinister presence to me.

I illustrated this piece traditionally with my mechanical pencil and ink pens. I then scanned him into Adobe Photoshop for color!
